3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- The user missed the scheduled consultation.
- The consultation was completed, regardless of satisfaction with the advice provided.
- The user provided incorrect information during registration or booking.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 48 hours after the scheduled consultation.
- All refund requests should include the booking reference and a brief explanation.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the user's payment provider.
5. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- Any transaction or processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable.
6. Changes to Policy
